IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Please note that, depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by local government authorities. These charges vary from country to country and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.

While carriers such as DHL may contact you to collect these fees during the customs clearance process or before delivery, these charges are not shipping fees charged by FlylikeStore or DHL. They are government-imposed import fees that must be paid in order for your package to be released by customs and delivered to its final destination.

FlylikeStore does not cover, reimburse, or assume responsibility for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges that may apply. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable fees required by customs authorities in their country.

FlylikeStore is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or situations in which a shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges or lack of response to customs or carrier notifications.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees that may be required by their country's authorities.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
