RETURNS

Yes, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that all shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product, please email info@flylikestore.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information:

- Order number

- Full name

- Reason for the exchange

- Product you wish to exchange

- New product you would like to receive (please verify stock availability on our website before submitting your request)

To qualify for an exchange:

- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

- The request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return and reshipment costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

At FlylikeStore, every piece is handmade by artisans using traditional techniques and materials. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, beadwork, weaving, pattern placement, and finishing may occur.

These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece. No two products are exactly alike, and we believe these characteristics make every item truly special.

By purchasing from FlylikeStore, you acknowledge and appreciate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and accept that minor variations may exist between the product received and the images displayed on our website.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
