HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Send us an email with the subject “CHANGE” to info@flylikestore.com within the 15 days with this info:

* Order number of your purchase
* Name and surname
* Reason for change
* Product you want to change and for which (check the online store if there is stock of what you want!)
* The product must be in perfect condition, without use.
* Products can only be exchanged if you are within the 15 days of exchange.

*Both shipping costs are paid by the customer

 

CAN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THE PAGE BE RETURNED?

Yes! Please note that you have 15 days to make a return. The product must be in the same condition as received and must not have been use. Take into account that the return is made by the same means in which it was paid. Important: All shipping costs are covered by the customer.
